Scott Crocker

B.S. Biology; 24 years litigation experience. Scott heads the patent litigation practice at Sprinkle IP Law Group and has focused on litigation his entire legal career. Scott concentrates his practice on patent infringement litigation covering various technology areas, including computer software and electronics. Scott has conducted several successful Markman Hearings and has experience at every stage of patent litigation. Scott also has a wide range of litigation experience outside of the patent infringement area, including litigation involving the theft of trade secrets, the enforcement of non-competition agreements and product liability. Prior to joining Sprinkle IP Law Group, Scott was a partner at Winstead PC. He graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University in 1990, with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He was also a University Honors Graduate and a member of the Undergraduate Fellows Program. Before becoming a lawyer, Scott worked as a research scientist at a biotech company, focusing on FDA compliance/approval issues. Scott received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas in 1994 and is admitted to practice law in Texas, and Federal Court including Eastern District of Texas, Western District of Texas.
